SIS MamaShop Terms & Conditions

All returns are subject to the following conditions. SIS MamaShop retains the right to reject a return on the basis of a failure to adhere to these Return Conditions or a failure to comply with this Policy.

  1. All non-food items must be in a new, unwashed and unused condition, with all tags attached in its original condition.

  2. We will not accept your return if SIS MamaShop considers the item(s) used.

  3. Return request must be made within 7 days from date of purchase with a valid receipt from SIS MamaShop or proof of purchase.

  4. SIS MamaShop will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received on our end.

  5. To start a return, you can contact us at info@sisMamaShop.com.au . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  6. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  7. No refunds, only exchanges and store credit available on sale items.

  8. No refunds available due to change of mind or misuse.

  9. No food items will be refunded, unless it is deemed unsafe for consumption or is significantly different from the description of the product.

  10. All orders are through Australia post, unless there’s a frozen product (Minimum Qty 1) Minimum $50 order in total. Flat rate $12 for home delivery.
